Temporary Record Keeper

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferable
• Has clerical experience and detail oriented
• Computer skills a plus

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the electronic records of all the Early Childhood Centers staff files
• Assist staff with new software
• Keep track of hard copies of necessary program contracts, reports, receipts, and corrective actions
• Provide necessary reports to funding agencies when required
• Scan documents and maintain in Electronic & Filing system

 

Compensation: Mid $20,000

 

Hours: Temporary full time working 35 hours per week. This position will be ending on October 2012.
