South Bridge Towers Coordinator

(Grant funded program)

Reports to: Assistant Executive Director

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related fields plus two years of administrative experience
• Solid case management skills
• Compassion for the elderly
• Work well in a team setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilites:

• Visionary direction
• Overall administration of program: primarily casework
• Supervision of staff and volunteers
• Monitor program performance
• Provide some direct services
• Work with senior citizen leaders and volunteers
• Coordinate and plan advisory board meetings

Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Hours: Monday – Friday, Maybe some weekends
