Staff Generalist

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in social work, mental health, or psychology
• Must be bilingual in English/Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver license and good driving record

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage one or more of the following units: food service, business, or social recreational unit.
• Expected to work in one or more divisions in accordance with the psychosocial program standards
• Assist members with all aspects of community support services
• Actively participate in the maintenance of the units
• Ability to drive agency vehicle when needed
• Other duties as assigned

 

Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
