The full board meets 7 times a year with committees meeting quarterly. The standing committees include personnel, finance, development, membership, executive and program. Committee chairs report back to the full board on their findings. In addition, ad hoc committees are formed as needed for areas of agency focus and have included strategic planning, endowment, succession and pension.
